Last November 6th, 2009 in Hanoi, EVN Telecom had celebrated the grand opening for their Intra-Asia submarine optic cable system. This system has a total capacity of 3.84Tbps (4x96x10Gbps) in which EVNTelecom owns 50Gbps (shall be upgraded to 450Gbps in the near future). Through IA system, EVNTelecom is capable to provide connection to traffic transits centers in Hongkong, Singapore, Japan, USA and Europe. Thus, EVNTelecom is now ready for booming of broadband demand and other telecom services in the forthcoming years as well as national telecom network protection
