Hoa Lac High Tech Park (HHTP), under the direction of Dr. Nguyen Van Lang, Vice Minister of Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology and Chairman of Hoa Lac High Tech Park, signed the Memorandum of Understanding with ViNetworks Inc. at the seminar on "Investment Opportunities of Technnologies and Telecommunications for Vietnam" held in San Francisco, California, USA on June 23, 2008.

The two parties have mutually agreed to pursue further discussion related to the investment of ViNetworks' project at Hoa Lac High Tech Park.

ViNetworks intends to build and operate a Next Generation Internet Data Center serving multinational enterprises operating in the SouthEast Asia region and provides B2B internet services to the park's tenants. HHTP management board agreed in principle for ViNetworks to carry out the Internet data center project in the park.
