Francois Trans, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding ViNetworks, Mr. Trans was the President/CEO of Sapphire Communications, Chairman & Founder of Satellite Integrated Electronics, a high technology company based in the Silicon Valley with operations in US, Canada, Taiwan and China.

As Stanford Executive MBA, Mr Trans's' experience also includes more than 20 years of High Tech CEO and Technology, global business management experience in Telecom & Networking. Mr. Trans has unique expertise of identifying new & high growth marketing problem & needs and providing solutions via delivering a unique product/technology that can be pulled from financial and strategic partners channels in target market sector, in which can be built company value around the sector with a clear exit strategies. Mr. Trans raised more than $50M in Venture Financing.

Mr. Trans served as the primary creator of value across different roles such as CEO and executive management for last 20+ years. Mr. Trans was responsible of raising more than $50M in Angels, Venture and Investment Banker Financing such as Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers and Redwood ventures.

Dr. Heng Te, Chief Technical Officer

Lifelong technologist, Founder and GM of HP Telecom; Co-Founder of UTStarcom , multiple large-scale technology products and businesses created, led advanced network design. Dr. Heng led effort in building Products from Chips to Telecom Infrastructure Systems;

Pioneer in Several Break-Thru networking Services such as : Minitel : CERN GENEVA Cable - Pre-cursor of WWW, where actual Internet starts from; RoadRunner : Time Warner Road Runner Networks; Intelligent Networks : Telecom Networks; City Phone : Wireless Local Loop with IP Signalling Instead of SS7; Multi-Platform Advertising : Online, TV and Mobile Phone;

Managing Multi-nationals businesses in Europe, America, and Asia;

Naveen Singha, Chief MArketing Officer

Mr. Singha is a successful entrepreneur and IT investments professional with a track record of two decades of successful IT investment experience.

Experiences include acquisitions in Europe, Asia and throughout the United States.

As a high-tech entrepreneur, He is involved in numerous start-ups; Co-founder, investor and Mentor to Hotmail.com; Sold to Microsoft, NetScaler sold to citrix, Astrology.net sold to Village E lance, Media Melon a Video delivery Network and Acteva.com an online ticketing, Payment and Registration Company.

Larry Lau, VP of Finance

Larry Lau is a senior financial executive with 20 years international experience in accounting, financial, audit management and strategic business plans for multi-billion dollar corporations and technology companies.

His multi-industries experience includes: high-tech (software, wireless, hardware), biotech (bio-pharmaceutical, medical device), real estate, & venture capital.

Mr. Lau served as the Consulting CFO\Controller to YLX Corporation, GreenPower IC Lab, Xoomsys, and Bayhill Therapeutics, Elrepco and Consulting Psychologists Press.

He was co-founder\CFO to Genetrol, Inc., a biotech company with patented technology in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and hepatitis B.

Mr. Lau has served as consultant to many public companies such Logitech (LOGI), Informatica (INFA), Cepheid (CPHD), Blue Coat Systems (BCSI), Dynavax (DVAX), Maxygen (MAXY), in the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 \ Corporate Governance compliance design, and implementation of business control process.

He was consultant to Benchmark Capital Management, in handling its 11 funds financial reporting with valued at over $5 Billion. Benchmark's portfolio companies include eBay, Ariba, eTrade, Juniper Networks etc. He received his B.A. (Finance) from the University of Oregon, MBA (Finance) from Golden Gate University.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), received via McGill University, Montreal. Canada.

Brian Mak, VP of Operations

Brian has more than 25 years in IT industry of which more than 15 years in data centre outsourcing services delivery and sales engagement.

Brian joined IGS (IBM Global Services) in 1995 as project director, managing IBM’s Strategic data centre outsourcing accounts.

In 2000 he was headhunted to join Failsafe (a jointed venture between Singapore Telecoms and UK Failsafe Corporation) as Director and COO to build the biggest data centre in South East Asia.

He was the project director in building a 340,000 sq feet tier 3 data centre in the East Side of the Singapore Island.

He also instrumental in defining the service offering and winning major contracts from MNCs and Government organizations, namely Credit Suisse First Boston, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Port of Authority of Singapore, Kodak, Virgin Mobile and KDDI. The total contract value was more than USD $30 millions. In 2004, he joined Unisys as Director of Sales and responsible in building the outsourcing services for Unisys in Thailand with customers, Bank Thai, Ford Motors and Orange Mobile Services.

Brian is experienced in setting up call centre, data centre services delivery procedures and processes, SLA administration, go to market modeling and sales engagement management.

Stuart Homsy, VP of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Homsy brings 20+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Technology and Supply Chain space.

Prior to ViNetworks he spent the last 9 years with Avery Dennison focused on Cloud based SaaS (Software as a Service) supply chain applications driving sales, and managing complex Global Supply Chain selling cycles to key Fortune 500 companies.

He also directed sales for RedHat Linux software where he created key channel partnerships with Intel, Dell, IBM and Poerot Systems to sell into Fortune 500 company data centers.

Mr. Homsy started his career with Acco Brands/Kensington computer accessories where he held positions from AE to VP VAR and Distribution and VP of Channel Marketing.

Mr. Homsy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Jose State University.

Neil Naveen, VP of IT & Global Services

Mr. Naveen has over 20+ years of IT experience in the areas of Global Alliances Management, Enterprise Solutions (ERP, BPM, EAI, SOA, MDM, and eCommerce), Sales, GTM Solutions, Strategic Partnerships, and Engagement Delivery.

Recently he worked as President/COO of Pebble Jet (OnDemand B2B eCommerce - SaaS) and successfully rolled out the product and solution.

Between Y2005-Y2009, he served as Head of Global Alliances and Solutions for Enterprise solutions at Infosys where he propelled Alliances and Solutions-based practice revenue from $20MUSD to $100MUSD with overall practice revenue of 1 Billion USD and generated consistent growth year-over-year with direct P&L responsibilities.

Mr. Naveen was also VP of Strategy and Technology at softMatrix where he set the company’s direction and focus in eCommerce space and successfully developed cost effective “BizTrade” product in collaboration with Microsoft.

He also had a very successful track record in Intel and received a prestigious IT Division Recognition Award. In Deloitte Consulting, he had a fabulous journey in ERP and emerging technology space. His contribution to evolve FastTrack methodology at Deloitte was highly recognized.

Mr. Naveen holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics with a concentration in Computer Science and certifications in Applications, Software and Project Management.

Pavan Mandhani, Global IDC Strategic Avisor

Pavan Mandhani, CEO, Mobifusion. Mobifusion, Inc. is a global developer, publisher and distributor of mobile applications and technologies.

Pavan has been in the Information Technology Industry for more than 2 decades. Prior to founding Mobifusion, he was CTO of Global Center Inc as Global IDC Service Provider, Unexplored Travel Network and its websites, unexplored.com and inntopia.com.

He was responsible for developing strategies and goals for their advanced Internet technology as well as participating in the decision and implementation of the Company's technological infrastructure. Mandhani has a Masters of Science degree in both computer science and industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from India.

Baxon Kim

Baxon Kim is a senior financial professional with over 25 years of international experience in technology companies, including telecommunication, networking, handset, semiconductor, and hard disk drive.

Most recently, he served as the Controller for Handset Business Unit of UTStarcom Inc. (NASDAQ: UTSI) for 6 years (business unit revenue over $500 million).

Prior to that, he served as the CFO of Hyundai Syscomm Inc., a wireless telecommunication equipment manufacturer for 3 years. Prior to that, he served as Corporate Strategy Planning Director of Hyundai Electronics America (currently, Hynix Semiconductor America) as well as at the headquarter office of Hyundai Electronics Inc. in Korea, over 12 years, where he led numbers of merger and acquisition deals including purchase and sale of Maxtor Corporation, Symbios Logic Inc., ChipPac Inc., MMC Technology Inc., Globalstar, and etc. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Manager for Business Development of Hyundai Engineering & Construction Inc. over 5 years.

He received a B.A. degree in Laws from Yonsei University, Korea, and completed an executive program of post college study in Finance from Seoul National University, Korea.

Vinh Do, Global IDC Advisor

Mr. Do, is currently CTO of DRFortress. He has over ten years experience in the telecommunications, datacenter and network engineering fields.

He is responsible for product development and innovation at DRFortress. Previously, Mr. Do was a Systems Engineer with Equinix and Pihana Pacific where he worked closely with Customers throughout the Asia Pacific and North America regions to design and optimize large network deployments.

His involvement as the technical lead in Hawaii’s first Metropolitan Area Network allowed the state to support a multitude of advanced public services, including research studies for the University of Hawaii, Utility Computing and Telemedicine.

Mr. Do graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Communication.
